REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

If you are an EU-based consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your item — without giving any reason.

To start a return or withdrawal:

Send us an email at rrrubbb@gmail.com with the subject “Return Request” or “Order Cancellation.”
Include your order number, full name, and the items you wish to return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be shipped back within 14 days after notifying us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom-made or personalized lamps created specifically for you.
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.
Items returned without original packaging or missing components.

If your item falls under these exceptions but arrives damaged or defective, please contact us — we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Include clear photos of the item and packaging at rrrubbb@gmail.com.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
