All of our lamps are individually handmade by designer and maker Studio Rub Ltd.
Please allow time for careful production and quality control before dispatch.

Processing time: 2–7 business days for ready-made items.

Made-to-order lamps: Production time may take 2–7 days before shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your item has shipped.
If we experience any delays or material shortages, we will notify you promptly by email.
Shipping Destinations
We ship from Bulgaria to domestic and international destinations.

Domestic shipping (Bulgaria): typically 2–5 business days.

EU countries: approximately 5–10 business days.

International shipping (outside EU): approximately 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs procedures.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.
We use reliable courier and postal services to ensure your order arrives safely.
Free or reduced-rate shipping may occasionally be offered during promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days after your order confirmation, please contact us at rrrubbb@gmail.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the European Union, additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Packaging
Each lamp is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
We use sustainable and recyclable materials wherever possible to reduce environmental impact.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Studio Rub Ltd is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at rrrubbb@gmail.com.
We can only make changes before the item has shipped. Once dispatched, we cannot alter or recall the package.
